I think my highest is covert.. at 1200.
Then again, my lowest level is 700. No wait. It's 50 (offensive capacity). I like to be inoffensive.

All that matters is fine by me.. MLF 823 and growing, Production 1120 (but I don't use it).

1175 for defence and covert is highest for me.
Lowest is 705.

Looks like I have to do some catch up.

Most expensive (by heaps & heaps) is Charisma at 953, highest is def at 1260
