most i think you can get is 26 people at once.

find a fully stocked commander, all out war.

There may be a way, but its about the worst thing you could do. Stargate wars isnt just about War. It is also about diplomacy.....
My advice is to only declare war on ppl you attack. And get as many allies as possible.
