covert skill + sabotaging

If someone has the same covert skill as you but you have double their men, how effective will sabotaging be?

It would take exactly half of your men to pull off a successful sabotage. Last time I checked, a succesful sabotage will lose you ten percent of the spies you send. Note that the sabotage system will now only allow the destruction of one top weapon at a time.

IN order to sabotge somone u ahve to exceed thier covert level , the levels double covert so the value of one spy @ level 2 is doublt that of level on an so forther .
So if player y (that's me lets say i have level 12 ) wants to sabotage player X who has level 12 with 500 spies i need to send 500 spies to match his covert probably 550 to get the job done , now if he had 500 spies @ level 13 and i had 12 i'd have to send 1000 to match his covert and some more to surpass it mind u the bigger weapons require more spies .
