So i can find a small alliance, mass their defenses, AC their covert, then pillage their alliance bank for my own alliance benefits? Not really fair

No matter what is decided, it must be made even! Small and new alliances should not pay same amount as the big/powerful alliances. Right away this update is alienating new comers. Which this damn server war already has done. AT going for 500bil/K, are you kidding. No one loves this more than me, as I sell AT. But come on, a 5mil acct can't afford 500bil/K. Without the small and new people, this game will die quick.

This update needs to help even server out a little.

Agreed. We can't have updates constantly favoring the powerful, otherwise, no new blood will come in, and when the "old blood" leaves, there will be no one to replace them

make alliance banks takable and you will see the top 2 or 3 factions taking the banks of every other alliance if its profitable.

I think all alliance upgrades should be trinket based and not stat based.

possible ideas could be

Empire based
allowing sister alliances to receive alliance wide messages
allowing sister alliances to see each others attack logs


Alliance based
allowing any member to send an alliance wide message
Gaining the 3rd in command position.

I like this idea.

If you mean from the alliance bank, then this will never, i repeat, NEVER be done. This has been said multiple times, and the reasons for exploitation are obvious.

Yup... Jason said it won't give ingame advantages... it will only be cosmetics and small favours that you can buy, nothing more. No stat boost, no withdrawing, NOTHING. Alliance bank is to make more visible cosmetic differences, not powerdifferences.

Maybe something like alliance page upgrades. So each upgrade obv getting more expensive each time entitles the alliance to have a better alliance page. So introduce alliance main pages. So just like a stats page for the alliance where you can post a small comment about the alliance (one upgrade) and another upgrade could be the ability to have an alliance logo on that page. Just enable offsite links for the logos to keep the bandwith low for Gatewars.com.

The allience bank should be used as a bank where allience members can add to it and withdraw from it. This would benifit smaller players who dont have a decent bank size and want to save for ascension etc. have it so all allience members can see the deposits ( with description of what there are saving for ) and make it so a request for withdrawl ( with reason ) is needed before any naq can be taken out ( 24 hrs).

Take off the % bonuses that are in place and make members actually deposit into it.

This would never be implemented, because the abuse is FAR to great. Think about it, i make a multi, build it up over a week, apply for an alliance, get in, take all the saved naq, and send to my main account, then delete that account.

Either way you go with it, it will be abused. Either by multi's or allience leaders, bugs in the system etc.

If someone is wants to work a way around it they will.
