Klux Klux Klan being the most famous racist and xenophobic organisation..but clearly if you investigate more, you will find similar groups preaching one "race" superiority compared to others.

I will end with an example of what is real racism, and so called "racism" (victimising racism). Try to find which one is racism.
Mr Turner is looking for an employee, he has two candidates. One is a black 22 years old black pot smoking dude who is still in first year of university. He obtained his high school diploma by few points. He is known to be lazy. He's not efficient and only speak a minimal spanish aside of english. The other is a white 25 years old man with a Master degree. He has a good CV, and speaks 3 other languages.
Mr Turner decides to pick the white man.
Mr Grove is looking for an employee, he has two candidates. One is a black 29 years old woman with a master degree. Very good CV, not a troublemaker at work, 4 languages well practiced. The other candidate is a white 26 years old man, who only has an high school diploma. CV is average, only speaks english. No other candidates.
He decides however to pick the guy, despite woman's CV. he didn't mention either high diplomed people weren't wanted to candidate. There was no specifying other than having minimal of high school diploma.
