Suggested conditions (I'll be waiting to see if you agree with it or not):
- At least 100 bil def each day, must rebuild it within 24 hours
- Planets are open for theft
- Ascended is fair game
- No officers/CO attacks
- No involvement from alliance - no attacks on bystanders either. Started between us, remains between us
