Command center user info. modded?

hi,

in 'command center' page, there is 'user info' heading, where i can find my income/turn and other info. there is also 'Unit Production'. Is it final (modifiers applied) or raw? because mine is the same as in training page. i declared self-commander, but the unit production remained the same

It's the basic number and doesn't include bonuses from being your own commander or having officers.
