UP Bug - Receiving Lower units than UP

Current UP:
21,211 /day (25,453 total)

Per turn I have been receiving:
371 units

should be: 25453/48
which equals: 530

at the moment i'm only getting 17808 per day... (371*48)

is anyone else having this bug?

Edit:
I don't know if it has been this way from the start or only since my latest UP upgrade...
the other thing is 371 is exactly 70% of 530 - I'm only guessing, but perhaps I only pay 70% of the total price of my UP upgrades seeming as I'm a fair way behind the leaders in UP, and somehow this has affected my actual received UP instead of/ with the price..?

30% of your UP goes straight into miners. So you are getting it, don't worry xP
it's just a good way to keep the inactives income high
