wen u make a user ur commander n leave can u go back 2 that commander or ur only allowed choose that user once?

you can go back and forth as many times as you want, the only thing that can stop you is the chosen commander

you can change commander once per 24 hrs, no limit on how many times you can go back to the same person, but the new commander must be flagged as accepting officers for you to join them.
