Erm help please

Ok so i log in ealier to find the new update, with miners and such, as as ive been playing quantum i already (Kinda) know about it.
So i train alot of my UU into miners to get extra naq per turn. i went offline, went to have some food, play on xbox live etc. come back and the UU that i had left (That i was about to train) have vanished. i had about 155 left.

When i first logged in ealier i had just over 240k total army, now i have just under 180k total army.
I dont know what the hell has happened, i think maybe someone could have logged into my account. So i changed my password, nobody knew it i dont see how they could guess either. i dont understand why my UU have disapeared, maybe im missing something but i hope an admin or mod could look into it if this isnt ment to happen.

I was getting 6.2 Mill per turn when i trained the first set of UU to miners, and now im at like 2.4 Mill (I dont understand) please help.

UU trained into miners before the update finished, are now known to be lost. other threads in bugs are dealing with this issue.
