i\'ve changed my mind, i\'ll stop fighting you for that planet and let you have it if you will agree to stop targeting TITANS for planets. i was thinking of dropping a up for another attack planet anyways. if no then i\'ll do what I usually do and burn the planet down. That\'s not a bad deal though, gets you a nice UP planet free of reprisal.

Then 3 days with me not taking any of Titans planets, he retook it.

I offered him to make an apology on this forum and it would end, about two days ago. But he has failed to do so.

Then today. Les told me that Duderanch wanted to talk about the situation with me on MSN. So I halted on the massing, I was doing to Ancient Ajna on ascended.

After a a few minutes check on ascended and Ancient Anja had DMed/killed assassin's awhile I was talking the situation over with Dude. Clearly these guys have no respect.

So, that deal of ending with an apology is over.

there is no dishonesty on my side. the only dishonesty in this discourse thus far is your claim that I have not kept my word. on the contrary, that is exactly what I have done. I pledged that if you did not accept my offer to keep that planet, then I would burn it to the ground. Since you did not accept my offer, I kept my word and retook the planet.

If I do not tell me you accepted the deal, then how am I to know that you accepted the deal?

No where did you say, respond with saying you accept or decline.

Therefore, by not taking anymore planets. That successfully satisfy accepting.

Therefore, you broke the agreement and will now reap your rewards.

Now, this will be the last bit of time I will waste on talking in PM\'s.

I am very doubtful that the meaning of that statement as eliciting a response from you could have been misconstrued, I am however willing to give you the benefit of that doubt and let you take one of my other 80k UP planets with the same offer as before.

and @ the comment that Duderanch was distracting you while I attacked you on ascended.....i happened to log in seven minutes after you stopped attacking me, and I retaliated at that time, I usually am not on MSN and you refused to talk with me anyways, so there was little reason for me to be on MSN.

Thus far you have set the scope of this fight:

you took a planet. I retook it.

You massed legion. I did what massing i could against delta,

You attacked my ascended. I attacked your ascended.


EDIT: also, you spent 2 of the 2.5 days "without taking a titans planet" on PPT, and you could not possibly have shown that you had stopped taking planets.

I have massed others in TITANS Legion and issued war orders to Delta.

For a few days at least.

However, Delta is reasonable, so long as other TITANS alliances do not show up in attack logs, then they won't be included.

@ Suzuk - It's been made clear that i had no idea that AA had logged in to ascended and retaliated to Am Heh's massing & AA had no idea i was talking to AM Heh on MSN. But if it will make any of you feel better i'm not hard to find ingame.

I do not care about if he knew or not. Alll I can possible know from my viewpoint is that it looks like a distraction. I'm not gonna argue if it is or not. Because it does not matter in the large scheme of things.
