u do not have the capacity for any more covert operations???

i have covert capacity of 50 like normal but it will not allow mw to spy on the only person i want to spy on

well, im at 40 right now...but same here, i cannot spy on people....

I was just about to post about this. I had 49 covert actions left when I got this message. I waited for the next turn but I still face the same problem (except now I have 50 covert actions left)

Got the same problem here, i would complain but it is making farming more exciting, going in guns blazng and getting whooped a few times, but ive had a few good hits from it. These things are to be expected to be honest as it was a huge update.
Keep smiling it makes people wonder what your up to.

Came to report this myself. Two of my alliance members came to me asking why they had covert capacities of 50 and they couldn't sab people. I myself did some reconning and my covert capacity still reads 50 like I hadn't done anything.
