why should a cloaked planet , which cant be hit at all, provide all his bonuses. It makes no sense. Deriving from the SG1 , while u are cloaked you are invisible so far not attackable so even not attack.
would it be better removing planets bonuses during the time it is cloaked???

Makes sense, merlined planets should not count, surely if they are 'phased' they cannot communicate or provide support/resources to the player. BUT this would reduce planet value, and that would reduce the $$ value of duals admin sell.............. remember this is a business to those in charge so it wont happen

This was discussed when merlins were first introduced. Everyone threw a fit saying it made planets worthless. Admins original idea was no planets would work in merlins, or if they did at 1/2 or 1/4 strength if I remember right.
Public outcry over ruled him and he ditched the idea

For the same reason, why should a sent out MS, provide any rank at all.
Why should a realm affected by Nox phase provide any income or UP at all.
IMO, remove Merlins for all i care. But if you do, make planet defenses at-least worth wild.

Sarajevo is right, why should MS out provide rank, planet merlined bonuses, being phased should stop generating income/up. this stuff are made up but not make any sense.

I have to agree there. Since you can mass any defense-type thing in this game with 15% or less of it's power. (Planets defenses are 15%, defenses are 30, but with planets and MS and mercs, it quickly drops.)
