The user notes are empty indicating nothing was done.
The fact i got no response from the GM indicates nothing was done besides dumping the thread.

You still don't comment on the fact that one of your GM's blatently ignored my PM when I asked them about the action resulting from my report.

You clearly accept this sort of standard.

In the mean time, I suggest either keeping your tone down and waiting, or speak with Solus. Yes, we are sorry you were not notified by the GM about the report and yes we are sorry the outcome you wanted did not happend. Actions were taken.

You should know, not all verbal warnings are put into the user logs.

The thread was dumped, plain and simple, I'm sure several warnings could of been handed out instead of doing that.

I've talked to Solus and I think he did what was right considering the situation and the atmosphere of the thread and those posting

The atmosphere of the thread was nothing really and if the thread had continued at that atmosphere it would not have increased to personal attacks such as what Buck did. Buck as an ex-admin knew exactly what he was doing when he carried out that personal attack on me.

And as for ignoring your pm, it was his choice for what ever reason. If that was the case, then you pm the next in line.

I did, and i got Zeratul who basically told me it has nothing to do with the admins.

So find another GM to speak with Solus. Find alternate routes. Yes, what happend is inexcusable, and in no way right. We all make mistakes. Its if we learn from them or not that determines how things will play out in the future.

We as mods have a section where we can speak with the other mods on issues, so PMin another mod would have done wonders.

I have posted here for feedback from the Admins and maybe the GM in question.

As you can see no other Moderator has posted in this thread because it is to do with the Admins and the GM in question.

Well Clarkey, if I can help the situation by providing another side of input, or another perspective on a situation, then I honestly see no harm.

Its not just for the Admins eyes. As this will affect the Mod Team as a whole. So in that case, then yes, I can and will be in any thread that affects the team im apart of until either I deem it nessasary to no longer speak or my superiouers say so.

Many of my points still stand Clarkey, along with other alternatives to how YOU can handle this situation.

I do not have and never will have and interest of what you say as a Moderator or as a person on these forums because you just like myself have shown that if the circumstances are 'just' that you WILL abuse your power for a personal gain. HAve you taken this complaint to the Ombudsman? In a thread for them to go to the Admins with?

If this issue has yet to be taken to the Ombudsman, then I suggest taking it to them. Let them do what they are supose to do.

This thread is now pointless seeing as you have missed a step in the Complaint System.

I did not receive a warning, i was not modded unfairly, this is an issue with Mods ignoring me and me going to the Administrators. The Oms has nothing to do with it.

Good. So lets get down to business. It has already been decided that what Solus did was ok. This has the backing of 2/3 Admins. What more does keeping this thread alive and you crying do? Nothing. Im sorry your unhappy about the outcome, but whats done is done. Its been decided and supported at the highest levels.
