Spykiller such as ACer? 
I have one worth mentionable ACing in my hat, ACed Aegis99's covert of 151tril ranked 2, back in the NT vs RR war. I actually had enough time in my hands and a real home to be able to fight actively during this war. That was around 30mil spies off the 40 he had that I killed. Level covert 35 (if not mistaken), versus my level 31 anticovert. Not to mention he phased in the process and there was about 18min left before turn change, with around 82mil assassins in the open
.
As for having a ACer dream team...I don't have one, yet.
