Vacation and Merlines

I haven't found the answer to this question yet, I hope some one can help me with the right answer!
If I decide to go on vacation mode today, and currently I have 20 days of merlines on a planet, when I come out of vacation, how many will I have on it, 20? Or they run out as if I wasn't in vacation?

I think they run out as if your not on vacation mate but i'm not 100%, i only think this because when you merlin a planet it says underneath the date its gonna come off merlin, hopefully someone who has experience can confirm. ~T~

if it's like PPTing and going on vacation from what I've seen the PPT runs out in the middle of vacation mode.

You can't PPT and then vac, there is 24h wait period for that.

The reason vac people have a PPT I guess is that vac minimum days is 2 and during that time you will see both PPT and Vac on that acc.

Good question, of which I don't have the answer, but hopefully someone does.

Vacation is meant to "freeze" the account.

There was an issue a while back when people were on Nox and went on Vac Mode and whilst on Vac their g&r continued to decrease by 1 which wasn't meant to happen because the account is meant to be frozen. Jason changed it so that didn't happen.

Based on that I wouldn't be surprised if the Merlins expired during Vac Mode atm.
