Can someone please advise on how the income bonus for gould is caculated and what it is?
I've seen the figure of 25% quoted. However, if an non gould miner produces 80 Naq per turn, then I make 25% of that an extra 20, which gives the nice round figure of 100 Naq per turn. It clearly isn't producing that (It would simply be adding 2 0's to the number of miners you have (I make it around 88, which is 10% extra - is that right? Or is my maths wrong?

Looking at this again - I've come across a 10% bonus for not having a commander (which is what I get per miner)
So either
a) the bonus doesn't apply to miners (and only to untrained units)
or
b) the 80 is with the bonus already factored in?

The bonus does work, but it is calculated somewhat obscurely for miners otherwise the income bonus would probably end up as too much of an advantage.
The way i believe it works is as follows:
UU produce 20 naq per turn
UU for Goa'uld produce 20+(40/4) naq per turn due to the bonus.
Miners produce 80 per turn
Goa'uld Miners produce (4x20)+(40/4), in other words, the bonus is applied to the small part of the miners income that would match that of an untrained unit, NOT the full bonus for a miner.
Note that i THINK the income bonus assumes UU's produce naq at the OLD rates, which is dbl what they are now, that is why it's 40/4 and not 20/4. This makes the naq come out as 90 per turn which seems to roughly match the OP's findings so i *think* i'm on the right track.
I have a commander so i can't check exactly how much each of my miners is earning, i could well be wrong, but i know that miners don't get the full 25% bonus.

This is the problem when the maths looks really simple - it encourages me to try and work it out
And of course, I've just worked out, why it doesn't seem to match (D'oh - I'd set my realm alert level)
It does seem to apply the 25% bonus to miners when I had a look what it is without realm alert level. (I get that 25% bonus + something)
