Asencion account question

my problem is here. 2 years ago i was a LG, i desceanded to a deamond, and chenged to guauld. I left and after a little less than 2 years i came back, and just now i have ascendant to a LG+1, now everything is ok, but here is the problem. I cant remember my previous asencion name, password, or ever mail. I tried "forgot login" and tried a bunch of names and mails but got nothing. So is there a way, i can change my asencion account detailes from my main account ?

The short answer to that is no mate, but you could try emailing admin to see if he can find the ascended account linked to your main. ~T~

p.s Remember to put your Main id and ingame name when you send the email.

Once you descend yourself and ascend again, your ascended account is still locked from what I remember. You need to email admin at one of the email addresses to have it unlocked.

My info might be out of date but I know for sure it was valid about 3-4 months back and I'm not aware of any updates in that time

aha, thanks, well i have send a message to support, so i am sure they will be able to unlock it.

The other possibility is get someone who has an Ascended = Main ID list to look for your ascended account and tell you the name to see if that jolts your memory.

though talking to support is more efficient and likely to get an answer

Well, i havent got any replay from support. But now it does send me an mail, when i go to forget password. I got my username and password, however when i try to login, it says "That account does not appear to exist.". Witch is very wird, becuse my username that was send to me is simpel, and i am pretty sure i didnt get it wrong.

However if i write my username right and deliberatly write my password wrong, it says:" The login and password you have entered do not match."
But if i write it correctly it says: the account does not appear to exsist...any ideas ?

Go to the next admin meet mate, i don't know the date or time but i'm sure someone will be along to fill in the gaps. ~T~

I checked your account against my ascended list. Everytime I try to spy or anything I get.
"Search as you may, you cannot find the target on this plane. Maybe they took a vacation."

Admin meetings are held at 0930 and 1530 ingame time on a Friday.

they are held on IRC so if you join via the Java chat client (not recommended) or download mIRC or chatzilla then you can come along to talk to Admin.

hey tim, perhaps you could be so kind of pm'ing him his ascended id and ascended name, if he remembers the e-mail adress for it then admin only needs to unlock and resend him the password

Well yesterday admin did send me my Username and Password, however i still get the "dont exsist" mesage, I than replayed, that i belive my account is locked, and if it could be unlocked. So in a few days i hope ...
