i need help scaling it down but i'm not quite sure how to do that without ruining the quality of it. can somebody help me? :oops:

Any graphics software will have an option to resize the image. You will need to resize it then upload the newly resized image back on the web so you can use it for sigs/avatars etc.

some image hosts offer resizing facilities. imageshack is one of them

to bad its a program not a site lol.....you can do it on photoBUCKET though

a combo of imageshack i think it was and photobucket did it. Thanks for the help.
