each alliance in HVE records their logs daily

at least not while in HVE, and ever heard about pming leaders first? their rather nice people, except that muff guy, hes really nasty.

If i were to say that i believed you fully on that then yes that would warrant a massing. But you waited a pretty long time and then not one massing more than once. If that were the case you should have said something or made a vendetta thread because as it is im just going to sit on you.
