GR Points. What rank's exactly.

I thought the "one point per turn" was 435, 29049 (last ranked player that's visible in the rankings pages) * .015), but I'm now better than that and have not gotten a point. What is the number?

I'm not sure if the whole 'To Young For The Universe' thing comes into play. I was earning G&R's while in the 380's but I'm unsure of the current cut-off.

Well, I've just gotten a point. I jumped from 421 (which NO point) to 376 and got a point.

So it seems that the amount of "ranked" players for the purposes of this particular feature is aprox 25,000.
