Ascension button ???

I ascended 2 weeks ago at 9:30 GMT

It's now 10:00 GMT and I still get this message
There is a 14 day rest period between ascensions. Before then you are too weak....


The 14 days are up, does anyone know why I still get the message ?

Does it have to wait for the market or daily reset ?
