half of us complain about the fact ascended server has almost no impact on the main server

1) Ascending while deascended
should not be able to happen. if you are deascended the option to ascend should not come up as your knocked out of the ascended server, so how is it even possible to ascend when the so called devine being isn't there

2) when you get deascended
i think more penilties should happen when deascended like you become a daimon so suffer 2 time the death ratio and don't have Ab either

also you they cold implement that when you are deascended you drop down a rank - this would mean playing ascended would become a must for those getting going for 23rd ascention,

this would be a good cause to get that server running rather than seeing it a farm fest like beta

prob is they either to lazy or don't know hwo to play thats why its so inactive the few that play are ones that area interested in it and find fun from it.

we need to bring the fun back or make it more exciting.

Or just fully ascend, and go on vacation there. And get the bonuses of LG+1 still. So it doesn't happen

Won't happen. As it stands, i take about 3m life-force damage/hit from the top ranked attack. With 1.6B life force reserves, it would take someone 533 hits to descend me. At 3 hours/hit. that's 1500 hours, or about 2 months.

960 mil only does that? im sure i'd take a lot less than that i only have just over 500mil and a 2 bil LF reserves def of 675s took less than 3 days

there was only ever 2 accounts i know of that where undeascendable my account was, now isn't and my brother had the other only thing was you couldn't deascend anyone build up LF flow and the other one to be 1/6 of a 1/3 of your LF reserves and your un-de-ascendable and so don't need to play and keep your AB

and vac you lose your AB

the whole point of ascended was to be an impact on main if it's not made more of a role then they should scrap it all together and evryone goes back to basic races

Aug 29, 2005: This update mentions the ascended server, but never that it should have a major influence over main.

When you include personal life force regeneration, then yes, only 3m/hit (my defense stats are all over 750 in the next day)

That's not the only way. If you update your persona defenses, then you don't need 1/18th. Heck, mine is only at 1.2%, and it'll take that long to kill me off


If you want to make it more doable, find a way to be able to take people persona levels. THAT would be pretty much the ONLY way to allow people to be de-ascended again

As much as i agree with your main idea, i like the when descended you take 2x losses, it should also be, all GnR you have gathered is instantly lost reset to 0 and you cannot gain any while descended, you should also lose ALL ascension bonuses,

No AB.
No % boost at all.

In failing that, admin should just delete the ascended server and have main only, ascend for title and bonuses, as ascended cannot be fixed, and a reset who cause all hell to break loose.

And for those who go on vac mode, they too should lose all % bonuses and AB ( if applicable ) you should not be rewarded at all for something you dont play.

Do you mean that when descended you drop say from lv 23 to lv 22?

that was suggested I believe at the time but got screamed down, though it makes sense that if you get descended you should lose an ascension rank.

In reality, if your gonna ascend to lvl 23, and not defend yourself well enough, you deserve to loose all that effort

the problem isnt neccesarily just that its boring and doesnt involve the other server enough its the fact that its massively unbalanced as well. and with this idea people that are far behind or on newer accounts are screwed where as the undescendable are not changed

muff: you could say that argument now those who start now have nothing and it takes 2 months befre the first ascention and 2weeks and half an hour for the remaining 22 there for being one year and 11 hours to do.

and all those there now have large MS and will have even bigger ones by then so how are new people meant to compete? they can't and i think its about time we stop worrying about new people joining and focus on keeping people in the game

and those who don't play the ascended sever atm well they should know by now if they want to ascend then build up your ascended

i like the whole concept of ascended and it's only boring because not a lot of people play it

it relativly easy to make an account un deacendable providing you don't build your MAX LF

i never played ascended until about 6 months ago my realm lvls are 1200 TOC is 553mil def lvls 703 and CER almost 500 mil

it's easy to build up just the fact people can't un-skillfully mass and it, takes time to do things, people get broed

the game suxs so much 'cos all the time people are saying "we need a radical change" then when some1 cmes up with one it's "NO NO NO thats crap i don't we don't want that"

That never works. People move on, and if you don't have new people coming in, the game withers and dies. You'd be better off making it harder for people whom have played longer. Then making it impossible for newbies.

The plague in a way does this. Sorta creates an upper bound on army size. However, i think it's way to high to allow for more even competition on main. And the ascended idea is horrible. Especially when you can just compensate for the losses. Heck, I'm at like 16 or 17B planets, and my CER was going UP cause i was focusing on it.

Unfortunately this is where i 100% agree. Ascended takes time AND skill to de-ascend someone. First you need to kill their planets off to break through their attack, then you need to have a high enough attack level to damage them, then you need to somehow distract them if they come online from replenishing their reserves. Where as main is just "click a button a few 100 times and your done". If both servers required the same skill level (weather it be nothing, or something), it would make ascended more worth wild playing
