NOX BUG!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not liking this one I am in vendetta war and for some reason I can only use about 600+ turns in a turn change and 90 each turn after that
while my oppenet is using as many as he wants we both have defcon set to max and nox

yet i have used about 700 turns in the last 2 changes and he has used well 4k and he is still able to attack me WHY?????

there is no point in fighting if this keeps up and is really starting to off BIG TIME...

some one tell me what is going on here

the only diference i can see is i have set war and he hasn't...

did that and it finally kicked in 2 turn changes ago then after that turn change he managed to hit me again for another 32 times at 15 at's and mass my def again.

Well think i have this thing figured out

so you can go ahead and delete this mods
