ok he is my suggestion we should have the ability to attack the people on a PPT if you are lets say 4 or 5 times more powerful then they are in all there stats that means to be able to do this you would have to have
4 x Attack Power
4 x Defence Power
4 x Spy Power
4 x Anti Spy Power
4 x Mothership Power
this will stop the people who go all spy or all attack or all defence ect ... from taking advantage of this new option and it can be limited to how much they can take like only 30% of there gold amount and a limit to how many PPT people they can attack a week like only 3 a week or something
well people let me know what you think

The entire point of a ppt is this, Protected Planet Treaty. Being able to be attacked negates the entire essence of a ppt.
You want a PPPT, partially protected planet treaty.
I do not see how this could benefit anyone but the strongest of players?

well with this to make it use full to the little one in the game give them something like a gamble feature witch will make it a change to attack a ppt or loss of 3 times the turns used the whole point is to make it unattractive to attack a ppt but still possible if your willing to risk alot and say you get only a 1 out of 5 chance of actually being able to get though to a PPT how about that

for 10 billion id use a couple hundred attack turns to get it
maybe if it cost 1000 attack turns and there was a 10% success ratio then maybe, just maybe it would work

I can't see anything positive from this suggestion. People trade or PAY to be protected so they can save up for various boosts without having to have half a billion miners/UU's on hand to give them a large enough bank to hold all the naq.
The top players who got their when PPT's acted as now could just stop the lower ranked players challenging them and they themselves can STILL use PPT due to their power, why would any new players bother playing if they had an unfair advantage thrust on them all of a sudden? it's already hard enough to challenge anyone near the top, last thing we need is making it even harder.
I understand why you are saying this, it can be frustrating to see players on PPT pretty much 24/7 for weeks on end, but as suggested it isn't the solution. Maybe, MAYBE, change it so 1st PPT per week is normal, 2nd PPT is less effective...BUT, i would actually make it so the WEAKER players had the advantage.
for the 2nd PPT only lower ranked players can attack, this means the player on the 2nd PPT would have to either sell up weapons to drop rank to avoid being hit or risk someone lower ranked massing them and risking being seriously mauled when the player came off the PPT. No way on earth should the powerful get the advantage. Perhaps as an extra bonus those who have an Ascended account can be immune to this 2nd PPT weakness, they are, afterall, Ascended beings.

Addict is becoming the new me!!
I agree - this would be a very bad change to the game.
Besides - I am led to believe that there is now a maximum of 2 PPTs per week??? Still too many - make it 3 a month and I'll be happier!

firstly, on the topic of PPT "breaking"
would you really want to upset the galactic council that upholds the universe, and protects the weak(newbies) and donators(traders/supporters) the very group that keeps all that is, what it is. instead of letting your 15k weapons turn into cheese(all those happy mice...) PPT isn't based on the person who's on it's power. but on the higher order's powers.
secondly, on the matter of chaos wars:
it's on another thread? why you talking about it here?!?
