You didn't post the allegiance to the crown part when he posted...or he didn't see it, whatever happened.
It's not in his quoting.
This might explain that... :?

personal attacks never detracts from your arguments (logically speaking).
even if you're the one making them. ;)
and, the charisma comment is actually a fair point. a competent leader needs a fair amount of charisma.
anyway, i would grab him immediatly to any political satire show. great comical timing.

Re: fun in the EU!

Nigel Farage was 100% on the money with his comments

1) the EU president is NOT elected, not a single person in Europe voted for him. In fact NO one outside Belgium had even heard of him, and his appearance & style ( or lack or it ) mean that given an election NO one would vote for him, he simply is NOT leadership material. But still he has the job, a job that pays more than the president of the USA. IS THAT DEMOCRACY... HELL NO

2) The only reason the UK was not given the referendum it was promised on joining Europe was because the political party in charge wanted us to join and knew that they would lose a referendum because the British people DONT want to join. IS THAT DEMOCRACY... HELL NO

3) Over 80% of new British laws and regulations come from Europe, and unless UKIP get into power, that will only increase. Most come from the European Commission, another UN-ELECTED bunch of bureaucrats. IS THAT DEMOCRACY... HELL NO

4) If the UK had proportional representation UKIP would already have saved us from Europe, but we dont, we have a County divided into constituencies designed by, and to benefit the 2 main political parties so they can maintain power. IS THAT DEMOCRACY... HELL NO

5) The UK pays Billions into Europe every year, and for what ? so we can lose our fishing areas ( we are an Island, yet Europe gives our historic fishing waters to nations with little or no coastlines who were never fishers before ), we have quota's placed on Milk production when we are Europes biggest dairy consumers forcing us to dispose of our over quota production and import from other countries, ban our meat produce because we are honest when animals get ill unlike other who cover it up, use our taxes to subsidise foreign countries and open our borders to foreign workers who undercut our own labour forrce because they have cheaper living expenses. SO WHERE IS THE BENEFIT FOR THE UK

For anyone in any doubt, the majority of the UK population do NOT want to have anything to do with Europe. Like with most things, the will of the people is meaningless because he big decisions are not made by the people, they are made by the rich elite. Democracy is just an illusion to try an keep us wage slaves from rioting.

I say, LET IT ALL BURN :-D

Learn what's a "hell no democracy". :)
Italian president isn't elected by people, but chosen by italian parliament. Does it mean Italia is not a democracy? HELL NO! President of the EU council, not president of the EU, might I add. Not to mention that those who elect him happen to be people we elected (heads of states). Not all elections are direct, live with it...USA doesn't elect directly its president, does it mean it's not a democracy?

2) The only reason the UK was not given the referendum it was promised on joining Europe was because the political party in charge wanted us to join and knew that they would lose a referendum because the British people DONT want to join. IS THAT DEMOCRACY... HELL NO

Referundums are a controversial method, as it only shows the opinion of those who cared. It depends on the amount of voters, you never know what could have been the result! It's not a flawed system, but given UK isn't a dictatorship and people elected who they wanted to represent them, this argument of yours is flawed. If you are not happy, elect other representants next time. Vote for BNP in parliament to have a majority and get Griffin as PM if you aren't happy.

3) Over 80% of new British laws and regulations come from Europe, and unless UKIP get into power, that will only increase. Most come from the European Commission, another UN-ELECTED bunch of bureaucrats. IS THAT DEMOCRACY... HELL NO

We got also a great bunch of laws in France coming from EU, and yet I'm not whinning about it, infact, EU generally tends to be wiser than France parliament for laws when there's disagreeing. :)
You have such an utopian view of democracy. Democracy is NOT people electing every single important person/group of people *directly*. Again, Commission is chosen indirectly by us, given it's those we voted directly or indirectly for, who choose them. :) Yes it might be cool, but you don't seem to realize that electing every entity from both country and EU isn't as easy as you seem to think. There would be more spendings, but I'm sure that strangely rising up this fact, that'd be a problem. :)

4) If the UK had proportional representation UKIP would already have saved us from Europe, but we dont, we have a County divided into constituencies designed by, and to benefit the 2 main political parties so they can maintain power. IS THAT DEMOCRACY... HELL NO

It's like that in most friggin countries, two main parties fight for presidency/parliament. So...USA aren't a demcracy, Italy and France neither are...I could carry on. People say I'm the utopian. I think I found someone more utopian than me in your person. :)
France doesn't either have proportional for regions/parliament elections. Yes it might be better if it was otherwise, who knows...it doesn't mean it's not a democracy. Remember one thing, theory and practice are two different things. Communism might appear appealing in theory, in practice it's an aweful thing. Democracy fortunately isn't that different theory to practice wise.

So do "main" EU countries France included...yeah France is also at loss, I should find the spending/receiving entry posted in debate section stating who spends how much and what loss/gain for each country there is. What a selfish stance. It's logical the small countries cannot pay as much as big ones like UK France & Germany.
I'm glad that borders WITHIN EU are opened now. At least now I can go wherever I want without a trillions of things to do before crossing a border to country next door. :)
And also glad those silly national currencies are gone, outside of positive economic factors, it also avoids me to have this beyond annoying money change if I want to go here and there...excepted for UK.
At least I will go to Greece and be able to use euros as well here, no **Filtered** money change to do. <3 the €. :-)

ROFL hahaha that one makes me laugh. Your arguments so far were decent but there I'm sorry but it's not anymore.
I will side with authorities when it happens. 8)

speaking of greece, have you seen what the change to uros did to their economy?
it's not a pretty sight.
there's a rason he threw that "reduced greece in to nothing more than a protectorate" comment.

I believe there was a good and proper reason for each and every one of mr. Farrage's comments, but the ones regarding appearance were a bit unnecessary. :)

All in all, a well worded polemic with a few rough edges.

Re: fun in the EU!

I thought it was great. But if they think he can't run the EU then give him his walking papers. So he can come to America. He'll fit in here cause there are lots of men here who don't know how to run things. Thats why the U.S. is so screwed up right now.
