Some backstory for this topic: MY friend (flannalman) Introduced me to this game about a year ago or so, and have been playing ever since then. I introduced the game to my family, and my dad actively started playing. I opened accounts for the rest of my family, because I didn't know anything about the IP exception thing, and all accounts were banned, except flannalman, who only logged on at this IP 3 times or so, nearly a year ago. So I started my new account, Starchild, in hopes of continuing playing the game, and my father, after buying a phone device to get another IP (at $60/month, just to show how much we love the game) started his own account a few months after his old one was banned. It has come to my attention that the system separating the WLAN and the phone device failed and he accidentally logged on at this IP address.

Needless to say, I now cannot trade with my father or my friend, and would like to get it fixed so that we don't get banned after the hard work we each put into our accounts.

Two questions, though, for the admin-Do i need to send an email somewhere in addition to this post, and is this post in the right place?

OKAY problem is still unresolved after how many weeks? I don't know if the mods are just ignoring my emails, but it seems ridiculous that their response time is so slow.

Did you email admin, like both the contact page, the sticky on this forum and Killtacular said?
Anyway, your story sounds a lot like someone covering their behind after accidentally using their favourite proxy they multi with. You must be so relieved that I am no Game-admin. I wouldn't buy it.

Mods have nothing to do with this. It is Game Admins that deal with this and the emails you've sent. The fact you have not heard anything is not unusual. Join the gang, we all suffer it.

well i use multi computers to play stargate wars i have no internet acsess other wise. right now im a a local library. If this could be resolved that would be nice and i have also emailed admins on this subject.

Admin Jason does attend player meets on IRC on Fridays. That would be your best bet if you can get to it because you can speak to him direct.
