It seems to be MCJ thread, and also if I'm not mistaken, mods can lock threads in temple of spam for less reasons than in any other section.

Have non of you read the guidelines? If you have a problem with something a mod does, speak to them. If that doesn't work or is t possible, speak with the section head(gm) for that section. If that fails, then bring your case to the ombudsman.
