War declared on Serf, Commander has been messaged,
and Serf has been messaged.

I told both that I had declared war,
and that I planned to help Serf relieve himself of his planets.


The CO has no stats to hurt you with, Lithium, so he would have to build them to defend his crazy officer.

Some have heavy defense, some have 0 defense.

I added 90 bil naq to the defenses,
plus 3 beacons.

Lithium, if you could let your friends know I'm helping with this...
in my own way, of course...
so they don't see my new planet and mass me... :)

(and feel free to set alliance peace if you want. :D)

I would agree with a permaban...
he even uses obscure names that I had to look up in Wikipedia... :shock:

I just figured since Jason and Mark are so pre-occupied,
and since I was offended by them as well...
