ascended account lost!

it appears to me that i can't access my ascended acccount
the situation is complicated sorta
i was swapping accounts around,

and today i tried going into my ascended account, but it led to roket's (yeah omg...)

and i did a check and found my real ascended account...

so i guess roket contacted admin and got his old ascended back,

so now i'm left with my new one but it doesn't work.
so whoever has the email
