I chose SuperSaiyan because that is what I desired to be called, that is the persona you know and that is who 'I' am
Identify yourself otherwise than a nickname that would be likely to change (while first name doesn't, nickname can change very often).
That's of course if you consider people more than mere msn contacts..
I personally find a bit silly to call people by their nick names from people I know first name from, I call them by it...
but you see, it makes no difference what you call me, be it george or harry, tim or bob...
I am me, I am SuperSaiyan and no one else...
if it was that important, you would not be legendary apophis but rather John Smith etc.

For your info, my friends here call me Jim (or should lol, or Jimster/Jimmy, I like those too).
I prefer them to call me Jim (or Jimster/Jimmy), rather than some Leg/LA/Pops/Apo or whatever nickname exists. Those who don't know it, well, logical they use my "game nicknames".
Legendary Apophis is an old nickname based on an older nickname. It's not about being "that important"...
I consider myself more important than my game nick/character, thus my stance.
