Fixed it for you.
I also have indeed MCP access on some alliance forums, for example I'm a HC in my current alliance in sgaw, Derentis one of main alliances/powers in this game.
Why do you ask this question?
Edit: if I can have ACP access, it's likely to mean I got MCP on those forums as well...considering ACP > MCP...
