Last try to get help: Pollywog [with Teeth] & Taddpole

Ok this is the last chance to solve this problem and get our accounts restored. Pollywog [with Teeth] & Taddpole both had deleted their ascended accounts because we did not want to play ascended. We did how ever want to re-ascend and continue to grow on main. After re-ascending we both found we no longer got AB when fighting. I sent a message to admin about this and was told that AB was a random thing and it would happen at random times. I understand that it is random but random means it happens! That is where the problem is it never happens at all.

I have had wars where I used 50,000 turns and never got the AB. I have ascened from LG to IAG after I decended my self and still no AB. So what we did was re-rolled new accounts and deleted our old accounts because we thought there was no other way to fix this. Now we are being told that we should still be getting AB. So what we want to know from admin is this something that can be fixed on our old accounts and have them restoried? I just ahte the fact that I have and acount that has been ascended 13 times and gets no ascended blessing.

Any help here would be great admin

I would like to take a min on behalf of taddpole and myself and thank admin after a few emails back and forth with admin we were able to get our accounts back with the ascended accounts aswell. so in short thanks for all your help.

Yes It is good to have our accounts back. I would like to thank admin Sue for all the work she did getting this all sorted out for us. Also thanks to everyone for the support while we were working on this matter. Now we start the rebuilding
