I would but no time for a proper war for 8 more weeks. :(

Besides last time we warred you PPTed, then vac moded, then came back, then massed me, then PPTed again, and then stole all my NAQ, and then got pwned, then pwned me, then lost a planet, then stole it back then vac moded again...

Your like a never ending cycle.. [-(
