PPT the coward way?

Never been a tactic ive used, I'll mass, Keep my defence up as far as possible when online & leave that defence up Overnight. Its always a bonus to wake up to a Zero Defence, MS & AC'd Spies. Check the logs to see if i got pwned or if the masser was a failure.

If someone masses me while im online i'll fight back, running through an alliance and then hitting PPT eliminates the possibility of that little bit of entertainment. I also rely on my PPTs too much to waste them during the week, i religiously need weekend PPTs.

Never understood sending the MS away though, theres alllllways opportunity to put your MS to use unless its a real low end model Not having the option of using it for 24hours just doesnt balance out the worth of not losing it to a potentially bigger opponent.

Cowardly, hmm, I dunno, I use PPT always will, I will also use Nox, after all, just about everyone does so they aren't the only ones not doing so, every tactic in the book of war could be seen as cowardly by these fairly mundane arguments.

Bebita, those that run to PPT whilst they fight you, face it you won and they just wanna hide and regroup doesn't matter what they say that will 90% of the time be the reason, just be happy that they cannot stand toe to toe and slug it out. All tactics are there to be used in order to make the fight stacked further in your favour sure there are also moments of desperation/lack of choice out there in the real world that also have their place. Simple fact, if it can be used in order to put more odds in your favour than in theirs and make it easier for you against your enemy is valid.

Personally I favour massing someone offline for a few reasons:
It is easier and quicker, they aren't about to stop me and its cheaper oh yeah I am not very good at the game.

If you catch your enemy unable to defend themselves you fall upon them with fire and sword and lay them to waste, to pretend otherwise makes you a damned fool. NO culture warrior or otherwise has done different, from Samurai to the Spartan, if they had the chance they took it, for while warriors and had their codes of Honour, they were there to win.


Edit: sorry, my opinion whats makes people cowards in this game, beating on the small guy and acting tough, sometimes the small chaps do dumb things and need a kicking, tough luck and stupid moves on their part but acting tough on it? What? (Perg) And when faced with a real fight they run. I may not be good at this game and I have always tried to choose my fights but we will fight anyone, sure maybe only for a few weeks, but we will fight, no matter the odds and sure, lose mostly, but you cannot say we didnt fight.

Ppt? I haven't ppt'd all year unless my last ascension was done during this year. Always used to trade all market turns for ATs. I find I get way more profit logging once in a while for farming than sitting on ppt. However now that the markets for ATs aren't as generous as before, I use MT's to boost bank size and might start to use them for ppts.

Using ppt during fights however may seem cowardly but a valid tactic, I personally don't use this tactic but i probably would if I find that the battle was not winnable or profitable on my side. Of course the person that was left behind will get annoyed but what can they do?? Wait till they come off ppt.... Which reminds me... I myself am waiting

Nobody can dictate you what a fair, coward, etc etc, thing is to do.

In fact I'll do anything in my power to annoy the enemy as much as possible using every possible LEGAL ingame feature and meanwhile minimize my losses. If it means sending out my MS just to annoy an enemy if he calls in the big gunz after he sees that he can't harm it, I'll do it. If it means going on PPT, even just for a few hours, so he can't mass me straight back, I'll do it. If it means asking my friends to phase me while I'm gone for few hours, I'll do it and noone in their right mind can dictate me whether or not what I'm doing is unfair/cowardly/you name it.

Thanks, but I dunno what you mean exactly, which problem don't I solve? After all, I play to have fun myself, not for others to have fun at my expense (except friends of course)

in the last 2 years online fights was promoted in this game just because most of people in this game have massed so much and have been massed so much that doesn't matters another mass
but the andrenaline that comes from repairing banking repairing and attacking has no equal so yes
ppt after u mass someone is a coward thing and doesn't prove anything
just another losser who wait the real man to go offline and then to show his "skills"

I think it definatly is a tactic and a good one, and also i nice way to take a break or like already said if RL gets in the way , as with everyone it always does. Makes ascenion easier so you dont have loads of resources sitting out in the open

the whole point of a war is to maximise the oponents damage while limiting your own
so ppt is a viable option as is massing when someone is offline
