on the game updates it says you can kidnap untrained officers, well isnt kidnapping a covert op sinse you dont always want your enemy to know whos done this. i propose that raid attacks should be a covert operation and i believe this would add a bit of balance to the game much like the old days where people feared people with level 14-15 covert levels
what do you guys think.

Yeah, when I first read the update, my first thought was "wow, covert is actually useful again"
It would make sense not only because of Repliseans reasons, but also because it would make covert and the raiding ability useful while making sure its not too powerful.
You get units, but you wouldnt be able to take too many because eventually, that covert defense thing will kick in. This would make it so covert is useful, and it would make raiding useful since few currently see too much of a use for it.

Find myself agreeing with I Replicate again - twice in one day - WOW!!
If it is to stay (and I hope there is serious consideration to remove it) then it should be incorporated into covert ops.

If it's covert, you will simply gain a new ability next to your attack. That means you can spend your normal attack turns on normal raids. That would incite everyone to spend all their covert turns everyday.

As soon as you build an idiot proof system, somebody else builds a better idiot.
If it moves, kill it. If it doesn't move, kick it until it does move, and then kill it.

but isn't that a good thing! covert needs boosting..for the amount ppl pay for level 15, 16 etc there should be a decent return. right now all covert is good for is blocking ppl from seeing ur stats, you may as well spend the 384 mill for level 17 on weapons, u don't need to block ur stats then, ur uber defence would be enough. I say bring back the old covert abilities, or atleast reduce the loss from 10% or 5 percent or less.

what he means is when you could sabotage people more than 8 times and as much as you wanted so if a level 5 annoys you now you sabotage him 8 times and he laughs, back in the olden days if he did that you would threaten him and he would crap him self hoping you wouldnt destroy all his weapons just to make an example of him.

Ah - okay - I must disagree with this one as that did lead to an abuse of covert capability by some people who relied on it as their only weapon and to which the victims had no defence.
It is better as it is now.

i think they can - you just have to have sufficiently more attack strength than your opponent!!
