if i change my race will all of the super units ive trained be lost?
and if i change will my mothership be deleted too?

mothership stays
super units go along with spies and assasins if you dont untrain them
miners stay covert and anti plsu unit pro stay
take your naq out the bank to and sell your weapons

Doing a quick search on the Updates page(1) using the text "changing race", came up with this:

June 9th/05,"Race Change-Changing races is now more costly than before. It will eliminate your offsite storage (bank) resources, eliminate all of your trained and super trained military units, but continue to leave untrained, covert level and unit production."
Jan 4th/06, "A limit on name & race changes."
