SGW Community Request by Taddpole

I will be setting peace a.s.a.p. like papa there hasn't been many threads that has been as touching as this, except for a player that was thought to be in hospital and gathering sympathy on forums (elladan) only it was all a publicity stunt.

In my opinion this seems to me very genuine and I wish the best for your kid in his coming years. Please if anyone bothers him just send me a pm and I will be happy to send resources for his losses and also annoy whoever it was that caused trouble. Sadly it is a game, people may take this oppurtunity for gain and may not leave your kid alone for this. If this ever happened, I will endure to make that persons sgw life unpleasant

p.s. this has been the only peace setting I have given in years hahaha. Makes it easier for me to remember who your kid is though

I can tell you with out a dought this is on the up & up. The only thing I'm getting from this is knowing there are some really great people playing this game and are willing to help out a young man who is trying to find his place in this world and has made a bunch of new friends today. His account right now is about 10 mill bigger then it has ever been and thats because members of this community sent him units.

I would ask that you send him a nice message and not send him anymore naq or units please. I don't want him to think that a friend is someone who gives you things all the time. I want him to know a friend is someone who likes you for you and talks to you because they care.

Thanks so much all. This has been a really great day for Mosiah. He still has a bunch of people to set peace with but now it is his bed time. I'm sure he will be back on tomorrow setting peace with those he did not get to today. If he does not get his sleep he is such a grump lol.

Well everyone he has ascended now and I have to help him put his account back together again so he can see how his numbers look. He will be setting peace back to the list of 247 players that have set peace with him. Yes I made the list so he can do this. I will be helping him put all your names in his logs so he can remember you all. It will take a while for him to get it done so be looking for the peace setting from him. I told him he could only set peace with the people who had set peace with him and not the whole alliance.

and I'm telling u he can set peace with all of DoC

to this community I would like to tell you that by what i've seen in this thread tadpole is one of the strongest people in this community....not only handlind an adhd child is hard but with autism and bi polar its even harder ...and on top of that its not even his own flesh and blood

I won't be setting peace because i don't do that, reasons may be many but i know when i had my issues ppl didn't return my naq, instead they mocked me.

I will however try and remember the name to avoid if need be.


PS: No offence but there is no proof what he really is, he could just be a multi that is being a server wide ppt 24/7

Its not like they can make him like something else.As far as I understand this disorder is when they get to like something then try to reach them through that not take them away.And If this is what he likes(and apparently he likes it for very different reasons then rest of us-numbers)why take it away from him.Also I dont see any benefit if someone would have an mediocre account with hundreds of peace settings.

Easy.. don't let ur experience rob u of ur compassion for others. I've had my share of RL stuff over the past year (some of it still ongoing) and have been mocked etc too. (also had support of some truly wonderful ppl..*hugs to u*)...

this is a kid, without the copeing mechanisms u as a fully functioning adult have.

I just stated my point of view. And i don't declare peace really, but if i said i'll look out for his name, than there is nothing to worry about.

I just think that even if 99,9% of the SGW active population sets him to peace there will always be one that will be the bad guy and will smack him, besides not everyone reads forums/pms

peace set, as did alot in OE. and after half a days of voting it looks very likely he'll get 'not massable' status. even tough we do not randomly mass and have no real reason to hit him. but it's the gesture that counts

Some people in this thread have a point, and you shouldn't all be too quick to deride them as bastards for making it. Speaking from my own experience with handicapped people, the one thing they want is to be treated like everybody else and not constantly singled out all of the time and reminded that they're 'different.'

Having said that, each case differs, and someone's father is no doubt best qualified to say what would and wouldn't benefit one individual. Again: I am glad at the response this thread has received, as well as some of the discussion it's initiated.
