I am looking for a 1v1

As the title says i am currently looking for someone that wants to do a 1v1. I personally dont care what ur MS is lol the bigger u are the more turns i need :P. Currentlly the rules i can think of are as follow:
1.no planets
2.no ascended
3.must have atleast a 500bill def at all times and rebuild it :P
4.the 1v1 will last for about a week maybe less, that we can talking about.

That is all i can think of at the moment.

The defense upkeep I like and a length in which it would last, but the whole planets and ascended resriction seems boring.
