covert on AS and naq

what are the ratios for covert power in when you can see naq out and army size. i am not 100% on the ratios, but i was under the impresion naq was the lower (i.e if you can see army you can always see naq)

but i have 1 spy on,(about to ascend) and i can see a players army size bu not his naq.. just checking coz i thought it was the other way and i was like WTH

1/5= AS
1/3= naq

on ascended its the other way round, and my numbers are probably wrong XD

No you can see army first then naq.

So if you can see naq you can see army.

Seeing Naquadah and Army Size on Ranking/Attack Screens: Your Covert Action must be a fifth and a third of theirs, respectively.

so 1/5 for army and 1/3 for naq.

for example:
