No im not crazy...
I just noticed that I am nowhere to be found in the commander rankings, even though I have myself and one other as my officer(s).
(Bug?)
Also to a lesser extent and may have been missed earlier, the UP boost total given by having officers is not affected by % of income to officers, it stays the same whether you are giving 10 or 30%.
Not sure whether or not that was intentional, but handy nonetheless.

maybe its just you or your officer has crap UP, but i lose 150k UP if i drop my officer rate from 30% to 10%
