If neu and system lords do that's 50 players, 50 active players is a pretty strong indication to admin. ~40% of top 100? Plus possibly a few others who want this game to be fixed and balanced. Haha maybe it'd be good for you to go on a vacation for your uni studies Hippy

A formula like: all hits added up (not including '0' hits) divided by number of hits then add say 10-20% to get a number close to the average top hit. Then any attack say more than say 3x higher is recorded and looked at by players who then vote on them and finally deliver to admin. It really is pretty easy to work out who is being fed and who isn't.

It's not impossible, you're simply just drawing everyone's attention to the major problem we have in regards to feeding -
i.e. people trying to purport that there is no way around feeding and there is nothing to be done about it -
our problem is that people have actually come to believe you cannot do anything about feeding. We can and we will. We already have some decent ideas, from yourself included which could help eradicate feeding from Quantum. All we need is enough people to get admin to enforce this idea.
Resetting fed accounts would eliminate the results of feeding and eventually feeding itself. I'm not saying we reset accounts which are currently fed, I imagine we'd just forget about who's been fed so far this era and past eras, people who usually wouldn't feed are feeding etc. As far as I'm concerned these resets would only come into use for gameplay in new eras. Restart the era with the new controls and allow big brother (everyone) to self police.
Self-policing will work well if proper punishments (account resetting) is deployed by admin. Admin could easily wipe the stats of a fed player.
Yes it means people can no longer buy/sell naq through quantum, but that's not the reason the majority of people play Q. Instead people who want to spend money on the game will spend it on donations to improve their advantage. Quantum would probably see an influx of money helping it to survive (i can only see this as a positive).
[code-spoiler]I'd even suggest a change to the donating system. Remove the10, 25 and 50 donates. Replace with different low value donates like:
$5 - Raises attacks/30seconds to 10 for 28 days
$10 - Raises attacks/30seconds to 18 for 28 days
(can only use bank increases, PPT, turns and UP once per week)
$5 - Increase bank storage by 5%
$10 - Increase bank storage by 12%
$5 - 36hr PPT
$5 - 1/2 days worth of UP
$10 - 5/4 days worth of UP
$5 - 1 days worth of turns
$10 - 2.2 days worth of turns
Only because an economies of scale would kick in and admin would see a lot more players willing to part with only $5 every once in a while and more money would probably go to them. Again $amounts and benefits could probably tweaked here, just another suggestion.[/code-spoiler]
The only people I can envision who would be against enforcing rules against feeding would be
a) players who rely off feeding/buying naq
b) people who profit off selling naq.
Bring the profit back to the games creators so they have a reason to administrate us properly____________

Haha I believe you weren't the only one, (naughty V ). But I came to a realisation that we really shouldn't have to feed, it shouldn't be a "most talented feeding contest".
I'm a fan of team play as well, and believe it's still important.
[code-spoiler]Yet another suggestion re team play.
Alliance banks, leaders set an automatic rate of naq collection, this goes to an alliance bank.
Alliance banks can be used on four various techs. Techs which are unique to alliances and not available to a player by themselves. Whilst in the alliance they receive the benefit, if they leave or get booted they lose the benefit, join back up and they receive it.
Commanders/Officers share a " Corps Secret Temple/bank" consisting of a total combined capacity of all commander officer members +10% synergy effect - if you have a commander, than you're an officer, officers cannot be a commander.
Players can only take out what you've put in (to stop feeding), just means some players can still get large upgrades if they farm for themselves and play strategically.[/code-spoiler]
