okay, so nothing will be done to my main forum account if I multi on here and i'm caught? well that is awesome! thanks fro the news, that handles one issue Wakko can you please explain to me why Ombudamn can abuse there rights and ask for spamming in there section and how a GM can spam the ombudsman without being warned, and can you please enlighten me as to why I was warned for calling someone an Idiot yet others have such as Jack himself ( no offense Jack) and no warning there?

where did jack / mordack say those posts were spam? it is their section, so they define what is spam there...

the bans there were not two-week bans... they were spammer-bans... the longest one was a few hours... whether to ban a multi for bypassing a ban varies from case to case... it is usually done, but not always... for bans like the ones issued from the trigger thread, it was not done, since they were unofficial bans...

And that doesn't matter either a Ban is a ban Z, who's to say one can be done and others can not?

Just keep in mind - any warning you get on one account will transfer to the others

Since we have the "Ombudsman makes the rules" and he is hte only one that can answer why Uni wasn't warned for spamming in his section, and since he is the only one that can answer why he allowed spamming, and since Jason obviously did nthing wrong as it's allowed, and since Ombudsman has to make the desicion on if I should get my warning taken back or not, then yeah we are pretty much waiting for ombudsman... So yeah I'm done here

And with your theory Deni wouldn't Jason 2.0 be banned right then and there if his account was alredy banned, since they are all transferable?

and Uni we are back at square one because Truthfully there is nothing a user can do against Admin who allowed rules to be broken, ombudsman who's Idea it was to break them, and a GM who decided to break them, so truthfully we are back at square one like always because fighting you guys is pointless, because "your never wrong"...

But do you assume because it's in his signature that the "incident" took place on the forums as opposed to something like MSN?

Good point I still have seen people call people idiots with no warnings just because it wasn't Jack, lol Sorry Jack if that is the case

This is the first I've heard of all this, so I'll have to look into it and speak to Jack before giving an opinion.

Incidentally, I am in the process of rewriting and updating the rules of the ombudsman section. They will be as clear-cut as possible, so hopefully we can avoid future quarrels over what is and isn't spam.
