Server freeze durring power up

Server freeze durring power up
This is like the third time that this has happened. When I am powering up as it were. Always when I juice up one stat the whole deal freezes it is always the same one. does this happen to others?

yep, doesnt when you buy one point at a time, which is obnoxious to say the least
