Attack adn Defense (not fleets) values are double what they were before (in effect weapons are twice as powerful - call it progress...)
Covert & Anti-covert: These used to have a 10x multiplier in them -that is replaced with a 2x multiplier.

My guess is. The actual power isn't increased, but the number shown has been.

The power shown definitely is doubled (for ranking), and the power for fleets is the same (for planet stealing), however I am unsure of the fleets's effect on ms massing, I had thought it would be doubled, but did not have the chance to try myself.

If there is one thing that I'd love to see... it's to remove the 2-hour PPT you get for spending $ in the in-game Black Market. I think it's overabused by some players to avoid getting massed, especially when they've already used both 2 day PPTs. What does a person need a 2-hour PPT for when purchasing ATs? We can't steal them or raid them. Naq and UU I can understand and frankly... people should be making those purchases while already on PPT.

I see your point. Buy 5x$10 At packages, get yourself 10 hours of PPT, go to sleep, and wake up, protected over night, and ready to mass once again.

Regarding the Naq and UU problem. Why not put the naq in the bank regardless of capacity left, and have it drain like it normally does when it's over filled. And just auto-train the UU into miners or something, but without the % loss to lifers.

Question is what will happen to the market ie will the uu go considerably high in naq and that?



Not to mention the alliance wars and random massings.

It's 60 minutes, not 2 hours, and you should get the bonus time. If you were purchasing UU or naqs, you might need that time .

You wouldn't though if the naq went into the bank, regardless of capacity, and the UU into miners, without the 10% going to lifers but.

Over Powered.

Hm an idea for faith... maybe the total AB could be capped to the max achievable through ascending? Essentially granting the last few ascensions worth "for free" to those not quite there yet, leveling the field. Add 10% to the existing AB @ UnK & every one and his mother will want to bet there for what will amount to 2 blessings in 3 hits.
