Pug tbr v Tongers

I declare a vendetta against tongers. As the nap between our alliances finished last month theres been naq hits on both sides which we have all accepted and ive hit tongers twice getting 90 bill and 40 bill naq which are fair hits and instead of farming me back he takes a planet which is a declaration of war :) so the vendetta rules are simple there is none and this ends when he says sorry and pays for the planet he took [-(
