Never build a def larger than 200bil.

That's pretty stupid to do if you have one of the top 100 MS in the game. You should be building your defense to at least half your MS volleys, unless you know you're facing much larger MS's everyday.

Another game i used to play had a good way of doing the tutorial.

It was ingame, and told you stuff to do to be rewarded for it. For example, train 1000 defence units, and buy 1000 weapons. Then they game gives you more resources. This would encourage new players, and show them various aspects to the game.

I reckon admin should change it so GnR gaining should remain, trying to code with the difference between accounts higher and lower than LG would be hard anyway. However the time it takes to ascend from prior to LG should be once a week maybe.

More of a reward system. The i played would like ask you to upgrade certain things to certain levels, and it would give you resources when you got it

It wouldn't be that hard. Just use the same thing that specifies the name for what ascended level you are, and just look at that when working out how long you must wait
