Yes. I did it myself, And checked what happened. I attacked someone, so they were damaged, and used the repair option. Attack weapons, only 1 strength left, but the fleets were repaired. Wasn't able to test defence, as i wasn't attacked lol

Mine were all full strength, and they all went to 1 power from what I remember. It's weird.

Yeah, i though i should attack, to make sure that it considered they needed repairs.

But now we know that whether at full strength of damaged, they go to 1 strength

I also noticed that planet building costs were cheaper compared to legocalc. Since legocalc has always been correct for me, however I have not built up planets in main, so I could not cross check that. Had anyone noticed something similar?

If there is one thing that I'd love to see... it's to remove the 2-hour PPT you get for spending $ in the in-game Black Market. I think it's overabused by some players to avoid getting massed, especially when they've already used both 2 day PPTs. What does a person need a 2-hour PPT for when purchasing ATs? We can't steal them or raid them. Naq and UU I can understand and frankly... people should be making those purchases while already on PPT.

Came up with a solution...

Goods purchased thru the in-game Black Market page are shown on the Trade Broker page as a trade with the game. The goods are given a "Recover Goods" button which will expire like any rejected broker, so they're safe from being taken until the player is ready. No PPT is necessary. Goods are safe.

Planet I noticed on was my attack planet.

J may have made it a little cheaper due to doubling of attack and defence power?
Or the calc could be wrong. I noticed that the power it says is the same regardless of size, yet when you increase size, you increase facility efficiency

i get this message:

is something stuck or something?

IMO, implies you can't hit vacationed people or your own officers

yes, but he is neither, is isnt on vacation, and is not currently my officer, and not in a house.
