Ascended server issue...

So you cant descend anyone 1/5th your size or 5x your size...

I have 14bil planets on ascended, trying to descend someone with 6bil planets. 14/5 = 2.8bil, that's the smallest I can hit. So I should be able to hit a 6bil planet account to try descend them right?

I can hit them for DMU, just not to descend them... I get the 'it is frowned upon etc' message...

Am I missing something about descending people??

When it comes to descension I think it's about rank and not size.

It also has to do with trained army and all that..
So effectively with rank, I suppose.
