My 1st Autoban please fix asap

Hi, i was just farming and the player i had just hit hit me straight back and left me with negative naq which resulted in an autoban. Why does this problem still exist as it happens to a lot of players !!! My username is pug tbr and id is 41339 please undo as soon as

and i love the message you get You are auto-banned for cheating. This should be changed to youve been banned because of a glitch cause this happens to a lot of players like me that have never cheated
